What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
As a Revenue Auditor, you will play a key role in safeguarding the accuracy of financial reporting by auditing daily revenue activity across our operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying discrepancies, and supporting departments with reporting and follow-up. In this role, you will:

Review and reconcile revenue-related transaction reports and supporting documentation

Identify discrepancies and recommend adjustments in coordination with leadership

Ensure daily audit reports are compiled, accurate, and distributed on schedule

Provide internal customer service and training support to departments

Maintain organized filing systems for audit documentation and reports

Support compliance with regulatory reporting, including Title 31

Continuously assess processes and recommend improvements

Assist with administrative tasks and cross-department collaboration

Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to Succeed in This Role:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
1–2 years of experience in wagering, gaming, or a similarly regulated industry preferred

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Familiarity with revenue auditing or financial controls in a hospitality or gaming environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Must be able to pass Title 31 training, a background check, and a pre-employment drug test

Able to work in varied noise environments and around horses as needed
Nice to Haves (But Not Required):

Prior experience in a casino, racetrack, or similar venue

Familiarity with wagering systems, mutuel operations, or hospitality financial systems

Understanding of Title 31 compliance protocols
