Looking for Assistant/Marketing

 
Lira Roofing & Construction is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to assist the owner with daily business operations and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts
• Deliver contracts and paperwork to customers
• Order and coordinate material deliveries
• Ride along with the owner when needed
• Answer and respond to text messages, emails, and phone calls while the owner is driving
• Help keep projects and communications organized
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
