Team Logistics Coordinator, ThunderVision
Join our ThunderVision in-arena Video Production and Motion Graphics team as a Team Logistics Coordinator! In this role you will work closely with the ThunderVision team to document past and upcoming events, coordinate staffing, manage schedules, and support day-to-day operations. You will help ensure clear communication, organization, and efficiency across all in-arena video production efforts.
In this role you will:
- Enhance efficiency across the ThunderVision and Brand Influence and Identity teams, primarily supporting the ThunderVision team
- Streamline processes to complement the fast-paced environment of the NBA and the Oklahoma City Thunder
- Collaborate with the Brand Operations team to align and strengthen interdepartmental communication
- Provide administrative support for ThunderVision, including day-to-day operations and archiving past events
- Assist with logistics for production shoots, meetings, and events, including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Coordinate production schedules, ensuring team members are informed of key deadlines and deliverables
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items for production-related meetings
- Organize team documents, contracts, and production files to ensure accessibility and accuracy
- Liaise with vendors, talent, and stakeholders to ensure production needs are met on time
- Manage equipment inventory, including coordinating rentals or purchases as needed
- Facilitate communication with internal and external teams to ensure timely responses and information flow
- Assist in organizing promotional and marketing materials for Thunder in-arena video content
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports, permits, and documentation for productions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to video production
- Communicate with staff using various applications, tracking game-day staffing information and logistics
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media, Communications, Sports Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in sports, media, or video production
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and video production software tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with sports terminology and video production processes
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to Manager, Video Production & ThunderVision. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, is required based on production needs
