In 2021, Allegiance Credit Union initiated a partnership with Scissortail Community Development Corporation to explore the challenges and aspirations of Oklahoma City's Hispanic population. Through a process of community organizing, we gained valuable insights into the pressing issues facing the community.

Full-Time Alianza Branch Manager

Bilingual Required - (Spanish/English)

Role:

To direct the operations of the Alianza Branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

25% - Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, coaches, and monitors the work of branch personnel; conducts performance reviews.

25% - Responsible for assisting branch managers with deposit and lending needs when necessary.

20%  - Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.

10% - Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, business partners, and community.

10% - Maintains communications with main office; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.

5% - Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.

5% - Performs other job related duties as assigned.
