Description
THIS IS A SPANISH EXAM ONLY. Every food service establishment is required to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a state mandated requirement. The certified manager must be employed in a supervisory role and responsible for providing training to all employees.
Options available to attendees are:
-1 day exam, available for re-certification ONLY (March 10)
