Cost of class is $150.00. Can register in person at the Hispanic Chamber offices or by phone with credit card payment. No seats are reserved without pre-payment. Government issued ID is required to register.

Description
THIS IS A SPANISH ONLY COURSE. Every food service establishment is required to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a state mandated requirement. The certified manager must be employed in a supervisory role and responsible for providing training to all employees.
