We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our small insurance firm. This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, managing client accounts, and supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of personal lines insurance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.  Each Personal Lines Account Manager has the opportunity to advance to commercial lines account management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Service:**
   - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
   - Schedule appointments with clients and ensure follow-up as needed.
   - Provide clients with information about their insurance policies and assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims.
2. **Account Management:**
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
   - Enter and update client data in the company’s management system.
   - Ensure all client interactions and transactions are properly documented.
3. **Administrative Support:**
   - Organize and manage office documents, files, and supplies.
   - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for team meetings.
   - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
4. **Insurance Knowledge:**
   - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and other personal insurance policies.
   - Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
   - Work closely with other team members to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
   - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of office strategies and goals.
   - Assist in training new team members as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-  Bi-Lingual Spanish/English
- Previous experience in an insurance setting, particularly in personal lines, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite, and familiarity with insurance management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
