FT Personal Banker - Contact Center
MidFirst Bank is seeking energetic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented, contact center environment. Personal Bankers are responsible for handling a wide variety of calls regarding banking products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.
We are currently recruiting for a Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Individuals are also required to work rotating weekends which include every 3rd Saturdays between 8:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. and every 4th Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shift differential is available for certain hours - $3/hr for Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Saturday's from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and all day Sunday.

Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
