Description
The YWCA is the only emergency shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The shelter provides turn key services that not only help women escape their abusers, but helps them create a better life for themselves and their children. The purpose of the Women Who Care Share Luncheon is to raise funds to support these YWCA programs and to raise awareness of domestic violence through sharing of stories and educational pieces. While there is no ticket to come we do ask that each participant give a donation of $100 at the conclusion of the program.
