THIS IS A SPANISH ONLY COURSE. Every food service establishment is required to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a state mandated requirement. The certified manager must be employed in a supervisory role and responsible for providing training to all employees.
Options available to attendees are:
-2 day class and exam for certification (July 7 & May 10)
-1 day exam, available for re-certification ONLY (July 10) |

On Tuesday, July 29, S&B’s Burger Joint at 7745 South Walker will donate 10% of their net sales from open to close.
Volunteers from COHFH have to be present from 11:00 to 2:00 during lunch time and then again from 5:00 until 8:00.
The employees have the 5:00 until 8:00 covered but need some help during lunch.
Volunteers will only be asked to sit at a table and be available for questions. We will already have a banner, brochures, applications and a donation box there. Meals are on your own if you want to eat or drink anything. You can take an hour shift or just hang out with your friends for several hours.
