Description
THIS IS A SPANISH ONLY COURSE. Every food service establishment is required to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager. This is a state mandated requirement. The certified manager must be employed in a supervisory role and responsible for providing training to all employees.
Options available to attendees are:
-2 day class and exam for certification (July 7 & May 10)
-1 day exam, available for re-certification ONLY (July 10)
